It should have a new Thermostat installed. V8 Touaregs also require a timing belt service at about 105K miles. A thermostat and timing belt service can be as much as $1500 or more for this vehicle. When not in normal use for a week or more, the front air suspension will lose pressure and dip down a bit. Under normal daily use this isn't noticed. The TPMS low pressure light is always on, likely 1 or more bad sensors in the wheels.
